Jess and Bryan are a lovely couple from Long Island who happened upon Frenchtown in their travels to and from Jess’s home town of Carlisle. Frenchtown, besides its ridiculously cheap gas (as compared to anywhere around NYC), is home to a charming little collection of shops, parks, and a bunch of really cool places for photography. Bryan and Jess proceeded to take me on a tour of their home away from home, demonstrated jazz hands, tutu-wearing, and snowball-smashing, though not in that order. I can’t believe I’m writing about snowballs in late-October and early-November, but such is the crazy weather we’ve been having.

Jess is a former ballet dancer, and I believe that ballet dancers (former and current) must be required to carry a tutu at all times… or something like that.
