Not many of you know this, but I was born and raised in Lancaster County for the first 8 years of my life. Lancaster County is where I returned just a little over a week ago to photograph Julie and Mike. Julie, as it turns out, is also my second cousin. We started at Mike’s family’s farm, playing around with equipment that was huge, expensive, and green. If you’re not into farming, let me let you in on a little secret - the color of your tractor is a pretty big deal. For the record, I’ll have to remain neutral on my tractor color choices. Anyway, Julie and Mike really brought home the bacon (har har – you have no idea how hard I tried on that one…) with great expression, genuine affection for each other, and the willingness to try just about anything. I think you’ll like the results!
I can honestly say that this is one of the hottest pictures I’ve ever taken involving tractor wheels…
A little help from Mike’s mom on this one! Thank you!
Took a trip over to the Masonic Village… a beautiful place!
the water had a nice ripple… three photos stitched together. You can even see the fountain moving in the background (to the left of Mike’s leg).
Julie and Mike, you guys were rad! Thanks for having shoot your engagement photos. Looking forward to your wedding in just a couple of months! The rest of the photos can be found in the gallery here.
