ENGAGEMENTS: Heather and Steve in Harrisburg

I love all of my clients – I really do. But… there is something about having the privilege of shooting an engagement session for two very incredible friends! I have known Heather and Steve for many years before they even met. I wish I could say that I was the one that introduced these two together, but alas, I was not. Both work in a profession that demands compassion, patience, and endurance, and they really do deliver. They are the real deal.

Not only was it a joy to catch up with this couple during our engagement session (and y’all will have to come over to see Jadon sometime, okay?), but they were gorgeous and very much in love. Steve, I know that your mom’s prayers have been answered! 🙂

I hope you enjoy some of my favorites from the session.

Cars in the background are all Senators or Representatives… just a random note. 🙂

The shot on the left was very challenging for me to get, but something I knew I had to get! I don’t think they minded holding that pose while I figured out the right angle…

We drove the short distance from the Capitol Building to Reservoir Park, just north of the city. Although it was getting dark very quickly, Heather and Steve put up with some very hungry mosquitoes while I setup lights for this shot.

…and probably my favorite shot of the evening with them. I love the colors and their pose. Thanks guys, and I’m looking forward to your wedding coming up very, very soon! You can view the rest of their photos right here.
